The rules are mandatory for all players, and Administrators monitor their compliance. The punishment for violating the rules is also determined by them, depending on the violation, up to complete blocking without the possibility of amnesty.

Key points:

This server is a free demo server of the game, created for the purpose of general familiarization with the game. All rights belong to NCSoft.

Maintaining server functionality is a priority for the administration.

Based on the above, the project administration guarantees the operability of the game servers, as well as the safety of the data on it if the project operates normally.

The administration helps resolve problems that arise if the set of rules of the game server is fully complied with.

The project administration has the right to change the server rules at any time without separately notifying the user/player.

 

1. Administration policy:

1.1 The server administration guarantees stable operation in the provision of services and services of the Hardin.world project, but is not responsible for damage that may be caused to users due to failures in communication lines, erroneous use of the services provided, user software defects and other actions that may lead to to problems.

1.2 The server administration does not deal with issues related to the purchase or sale of characters and game equipment items.

1.3 The administration reserves the right to dispose of all in-game objects on all accounts at its discretion.

1.4 The administrator is not obliged to answer questions related to the features of the game process.

 

2. Administration rights:

2.1 Refuse to provide services without explanation.

2.2 Evaluate the actions of users and impose any sanctions on them in cases not provided for by these rules, if deemed necessary.

2.3 Consider and make decisions on collective applications from users.

2.4 Make changes to these rules without the consent of users.

2.5 Make changes to the operation of the server, services and services at your own discretion.

 

3. Characters and accounts:

3.1 Accounts with a non-existent address may be deleted without explanation.

3.2 The account name and character name must be meaningful, readable and pronounceable.

3.3 It is prohibited to use NPC names, administration character names, or names on the list of prohibited users in the character name.

3.4 The account owner is fully responsible for everything that was done under his account.

3.5 Sharing the account is prohibited, as is transferring the account to another person.

3.6 It is prohibited to access any server, under any account, if you are blocked. If you log in, this is considered bypassing the ban.

3.7 Inactive players can be deleted after 180 days from the last time they logged into the game.

 

4. Gameplay (All violations are punishable by a chat ban and even bans by HWID):

4.1 It is prohibited to perform any actions that could disrupt the gameplay or lead to unstable operation of the server. It is also prohibited to withhold information about such actions.

4.2 Threats, extortion, blackmail, sexual harassment, incitement of ethnic, inter-class or inter-racial hatred, etc. are prohibited. etc.

4.2.1. The following is prohibited: display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or paraphernalia or symbols that are confusingly similar to Nazi paraphernalia or symbols.

4.6 It is prohibited to spread rumors, disinformation about the server administration, about other players, about the project as a whole.

4.7 It is prohibited to block passages.

4.8 It is prohibited to beg, lead to conflicts, pester other players, or the server administration.

4.9 Flooding and spam, writing one word per line, writing all words in uppercase, repeating one line, advertising and anti-advertising are prohibited.

4.10 Any type of fraud is prohibited.

4.11 Theft of other people's property is prohibited.

4.12 It is prohibited to use programs that emulate the presence of a player in the game or disrupt the normal functioning of the server software. By these we mean programs that change the client or replace it, and change or facilitate the gameplay by non-game methods. Such as packet level programs, spam  flood programs, brute force, and DDoS botnets.

4.13 It is prohibited to report (write) about leaving the server, or encourage other players to stop playing. It is also prohibited to publicly shout about the distribution of ammunition.

4.14 You are allowed to write about game bugs on the forum in the Technical Support section.

4.15 Fraudulent actions through fake nicknames/clans/alliances are prohibited.

4.16 Any type of exchange between servers is prohibited.

4.17 It is prohibited to sell or purchase for real money, as well as virtual currency equivalent to it (electronic means of payment - WebMoney, Yandex.Money, etc.) of any game values (money, things), as well as characters and game accounts ( accounts).

4.18 Automation of the game process by third-party programs is prohibited (the character performs any actions when the player does not directly control the character)

5. Contact the server administration:

5.1 It is recommended to ask questions on the forum in the appropriate sections of the forum.

5.2 When contacting the server administration, the player must briefly, clearly and without using slang explain the essence of the problem and answer the questions asked by the administrator.

5.3 It is prohibited to ask the administrator to do anything that is not part of his duties.

5.4 When answering the administrator’s questions, concealment of information, lies, and misrepresentation are prohibited.

5.5 It is prohibited to deliberately create obstacles and distract the administrator from performing his duties.

5.6 It is prohibited to insult the project administration. The fact of insult in one way or another is determined by the administrator.

5.7 It is prohibited to threaten the administrator.

 

6. Hacking of an account/character, loss of things:

6.1 In the event of a hacking of the server’s security, the administration returns the items to the victims upon provision of appropriate evidence of the existence of these items.

6.2 In case of violation of clause 3.6 (account sharing), the administration is not responsible.

6.3 In cases where things were obtained fraudulently (for example: abuse of trust), the administration is not responsible.

6.4 The administration is not responsible for items lost during transfer by being thrown onto the ground or naturally falling out during PK.

 

In cases of violation of the rules, the Server Administration has every right to apply the following sanctions to violators:

• Deleting an account - Deleting an account from the server with all the characters on it. Can be applied to all player accounts at once.
• Deleting a character - Deleting a specific character in an account from the server.
• Account blocking - temporary or permanent blocking of account use. Can be applied to all player accounts at once.
• Chat blocking - Temporarily blocking the chat of the main character and/or twinks.
• Confiscation of property - Full or partial confiscation of property from a character or from all characters on the account.
• Blocking access from a specific computer. Can be applied to all player accounts at once.
• Blocking access to the entire Hardin.world project.
